Arcteq arranges the transports for the sales meeting activities.
Arrival:
If you want us to arrange a taxi to the airport for your arrival, kindly contact robert.olander@arcteq.fi by 21.5. and attach your flight details to your email.
The travel time from the airport to the city center is only about 15 minutes.

We’ve reserved hotel rooms at the Original Sokos Hotel Royal Vaasa at a discounted rate. Rooms are now available to book.
