Welcome to 
product training in Vaasa!


Time: 27-30.3.2023
Venue: Arcteq AQademy, Vaasa

This is an invitation to a on-site (only) technical training in both AQ 100 and AQ 200 series devices. 
Please scroll down for the complete day program.

The training is open to all partners and end-users, and​ is free of charge.

Accommodation

 
You can choose your own accommodation, or we can book you a hotel room at hotel Astor.
Just choose the option that suits you best on the registration form, and we will act accordingly.

Our partner, Hotel Astor is located in the center of Vaasa, just across the street from the railway station: https://astorvaasa.fi/?page=HOME&setlang=l3

Room rates:
Single room: 107€
Double room: 127€

Breakfast is included in the room rates.

Transport

 
Arcteq arranges a minibus transport all mornings & afternoons from hotel Astor to Arcteq, and back.
The taxi departures every morning from Hotel Astor at 08:45 (EET).

Transport from Vaasa Airport (upon arrival):

If you want us to book a taxi transport from the airport, please contact 
minna.holmberg@arcteq.fi and remember to include your flight details to your request.
Taxi reservation requests must be sent at latest on 23.3.2023

Evening Program

 
We have arranged for evening program on Tuesday. The program starts directly after the day program at 16:00 and will end approximately at 22:00.

Finnish sauna, spring ocean swimming*, and archipelago dinner will be no strangers to you after this evening. The towels are provided for.


* a warm water jacuzzi is also available for those who prefer warmer water temperatures.
